An hour and 20 mins of constant dialling and I am still on hold trying to get an appointment!! Update . . . Finally answered to be told nothing for today or tomorrow. The excuse. It's Monday we're busy.

Can never get through have to plan to be sick a week in advance and I asked for call backs and never got them some doctors are not helpful at all Dr bunn is lovely and a great doctor will do his very best to help!

I was running late and called to inform them of this, they cancelled my appointment & offer me another 2 weeks later. It is usual to wait 20 - 40mins beyond the appointment time to see a doctor but they are very un accommodating when the situation is reversed.

It is a brilliant surgery with fantastic doctors although I do prefer to see my own GP Dr Emanuel but all the others are marvellous for emergency appointments.

It is a brilliant practice and all the doctors seem to have special interests which is great. My favourite doctors are Dr Emanuel and Dr Bunn. I like seeing Dr Emanuel if I have any eye problems and Dr Bunn if I have any ent problems but also try and see them for any other problems. All the doctors in the practice are friendly.
